Job Description / Responsibility

Should have clear concept on Audit, Accounts & Finance, TAX and VAT.
Knowledge of basic rules & regulations on SEC, CA and Regulatory body for ensuring Internal Audit & Control.
Prepare audit action plan
Check and verify expenses, income, invoice, chalan, FE sales achievement, Delivery Register, Current Stock Position, Sales Strip, Collection Strip, Unpaid Statement at Depots & other issues related to factory and Head Office of the organization.
Maintaining related documents of the Internal Audit Department.
Provide accurate and meaningful audit report on due time to the authority.
Frequent audit on factory activities and prepare audit report timely.
Stock counting as and when required
Any other Internal Control & Internal Audit related works assigned by the authority.

The incumbent will lead a team and will be entirely responsible for various activities related to grants, compliance and administration of the program division.
Reporting to GM-Program
